2nd Trans-Alps Rally : Administrative Checkings

Today, Monday September 11, it was under the radiant sun of San Remo and its Miramare Palace hotel that the welcome day and the traditional administrative checks took place for the 62 crews registered for the start of this 2nd edition of our Trans-Alps Rally 2023.
After having dressed the cars in the colors of the rally, each of the participants is now ready for this 100% Italian journey which will take us to Venice during 4 stages, each more impressive than the last. We will have to cover the 1200km of a itinerary putting the region of the great Italian lakes and the Dolomites in the spotlight, with stages planned in Stresa, Passo del Tonale then Cortina d’Ampezzo before reaching the Venetian lagoon at the end of the week.
Among the highlights of this unique route, we will mainly remember the passages on the shores of Lake Maggiore and Lake Como; the climbs of the legendary Passo Gavia and Stelvio; the impressive settings of the Dolomites around the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and of course the arrival in Venice and its awards evening where everyone will be masked as is the carnival tradition!
For this, we give you an appointment tomorrow for the summary of the first stage which will take us to Lago Maggiore, in Stresa, facing the Borrommées Islands. We will then have faced the first classification rounds and there is no doubt that we will have already been able to appreciate the forces present, ready to do battle for the final victory.
